The ISBN (International SpaSalon Business Network) is holding it’s 2009 Annual Conference May 31st, June st and June 2nd at the Ritz Carlton on Amelia Island.

PBA Symposium – July 18-21, 2009

Designed to attract and educate all sectors of the beauty industry, it promises to have top-notch workshops, social events, breakout tracks and and seminars providing insight into the industries latest research and trends. 

Learn the buying trends of your clients – their buying habits, expectations and reasons for buying the products they do, from professional beauty products in the salon to popular store brands. PBA Symposium: Consumer Culture will explore merchandising principles, the role of the stylist in selling your retail products and the telltale clues to understanding what salon experience your clients have in your salon.
