pba-symposiumThe Professional Beauty Association (PBA) has announced its annual symposium at the Mandalay Convention Center in Las Vegas, NV.

Designed to attract and educate all sectors of the beauty industry, it promises to have top-notch workshops, social events, breakout tracks and and seminars providing insight into the industries latest research and trends. 

Learn the buying trends of your clients – their buying habits, expectations and reasons for buying the products they do, from professional beauty products in the salon to popular store brands. PBA Symposium: Consumer Culture will explore merchandising principles, the role of the stylist in selling your retail products and the telltale clues to understanding what salon experience your clients have in your salon. Bronner Brothers Hair Show – Baltimore May 17th – 19th

Bronner Black Hair Care ShowsBronner Brothers has announced several show for the 2009 season. In May, their first show is in Baltimore on May 17th-19th; later in August, they have scheduled their home-base show in Atlanta on August 15th-18th. In October they have planned Seminars by The Sea at the Atlantis on Paradise Island, Bahamas.

A complete Bronner online brochure reviews the schedule, classes and educational programs. They expect to have over 200 hair care products exhibitors, some “celebrity” stylists, and even screening sessions for the movie “Good Hair”!! Time to brush-up on your acting skills!
